In 2006 Christos Vasilopoulos , fond of honey , and Kostas Stamatopoulos , beekeeper , decided to establish the ARKAS BEE OE main purpose of standardizing and packaging honey .The foundation of the company was not only the diagnosis of a business opportunity but also the love and passion of the two founders of honey and place them . The company’s goal from the beginning was to bring to market another product honey but give the opportunity to the consumer to taste a honey of excellent quality and flavor , packaged under the strictest hygienic conditions and controls , which are purely Greek .In light of this logic in 2007 erected the packing company in enchanting plain of Mantinea plateau of Tripoli , near Mount Maenalus .
The packing was designed following the principles of health planning requires the HACCP and outfitted with modern equipment delivery, formulation and packaging .Always aiming at the quality ” ARKAS BEE OE ” was certified in June 2008 with ISO 22000:2005 (HACCP) from the accreditation body LRQA and continues to always aims to produce quality and not quantity.
