El Learning Agreement

Χωρίς κατηγορία   /

In recent years, we have seen how digital learning agreements can significantly reduce the administrative burden and offer international students a better mobility experience. In the past, the complexity of the treatment process has meant that learning agreements have not always been concluded before departure and, in addition, problems with the recognition of ECTS credits upon their return home. The apprenticeship contract should include all the learning outcomes that the student should acquire during the exchanges. This is one of the most important documents, but what you need to fill out. It is completed as soon as your admission has been confirmed and the destination university. OLA and Erasmus Without Paper are the first two major digitisation initiatives in which Erasmus Student Network has played an important role. This is why ESN is actively involved in other digitisation initiatives, such as Erasmus Skills or the new Erasmus+ application, in which OLA will be integrated. The apprenticeship agreement sets out the program or internship to be followed abroad and must be approved by the student, the expedition and the institution, organization or company received before the start of the exchange. In the field of mobility for higher education, the learning agreement must include a group of academic components that will be replaced by a degree abroad after graduation. See notes below. The learning agreements created for this semester as well as the internship learning agreements remain available through the previous OLA platform. In the context of mobility for traineeships, the apprenticeship agreement must indicate how traineeships are recognised, whether they are counted towards the diploma, voluntary (not compulsory for the diploma) or attended by a new graduate.

See notes below. This application can be used by anyone participating in An Erasmus+ mobility to carry out studies or traineeships between higher education institutions that are part of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). The Learning Agreement (LA) is a key document absolutely necessary for the realisation of Erasmus+ mobility. In addition, Erasmus® beneficiaries describe study agreements as one of the areas for improvement in its bureaucracy. Thus, e-learning agreements (OLAs) will be commonplace from the Erasmus+ programme 2021-2027. The three parties that sign the apprenticeship agreement undertake to respect all agreed agreements and to ensure that the student is recognised for studies or internships carried out abroad without further requirement. You must complete the learning agreement twice, one copy for your home university and once for the target university. Before starting your Erasmus, you must obtain the signature of this agreement through the Office of International Relations. If you reach your goal, you must also get the signature of the coordinator of your new university….
